University of Tulsa – Case Athletic Center
Participation as a member of the Hastings+Chivetta team on this project.
The Complex is located in the stadium’s north end zone, which has a capacity of 40,385 seats. The third floor contains a 4,000-square-foot meeting space. It also includes the Academic Achievement Center and a 1,500 square feet of flexible space.
KSE Radio Station – New Studios – Denver, CO
Participation as a member of the Chiodini Architects team on this project.
This renovation has created a state-of-the-art broadcast environment for four radio stations and modern executive offices for over 40 staff members. We also designed a mezzanine conference room for special events, enhancing the studio's versatility. Our focus on advanced technology and creative workflows ensures KSE delivers top-quality broadcasting, reflecting our commitment to exceeding client expectations.
Kitchen Conservatory
Participation as a member of the Chiodini Architects team on this project.
The state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen features a curved layout that accommodates 20 participants, offering a clear view of the instructor. It includes two signature kitchens equipped with large granite islands and stainless-steel counters, each seating 24 people. A movable wall enables the facility to host simultaneous classes or a larger session. The design highlights Martin Goebel's craftsmanship with a custom wooden bar, while the Kitchen Conservatory’s green and purple corporate colors are reflected throughout the decor. A curved accent wall displays a collection of copper pans, adding an elegant touch. Additionally, there is a spacious retail area with focused lighting for culinary products, as well as a custom service desk for knives and small items. A quaint patio serves as both an outdoor teaching venue and a social space. This building seamlessly blends functionality with modern design, enhancing the standards of culinary education and retail.
